Consistently brilliant service !! I am a Landlord whom has used Northwood (Southport & Ormskirk) branch now for 4 years and have recently arranged a further year extension to my contract. Throughout this period i have found all the employees i have have interfaced with in this branch to be courteous, professional and trustworthy, (inc Natalie, Gary, Rebecca & more). From time to time queries and issues are bound to arise from tenants or landlords, but i have always found this team to apply common sense and fairness to all parties in order to overcome any obstacles.
