Awful. Arranged a let for me, promised that property came with a garage as this was vital to the let. Also said I would be the only person to view, but arranged a viewing with other potential residents, which was awkward to say the least. Did all paperwork and everything went OK. Just a few days before moving in they said that the garage wasn't included and it all fell through. No apology or anything. Luckily rivals Ball & Percival stepped in to find me a great place and fast tracked it so I wasn't homeless.

Absolutely dreadful service. I phoned up 5 times over the space of 2 weeks about arranging a viewing on a house to rent and got told someone would ring me back. Still not heard back from them 2 months on and iv noticed on the website the house i desperately wanted has been rented out. Don't use these people to rent.
