Consistently brilliant service !! I am a Landlord whom has used Northwood (Southport & Ormskirk) branch now for 4 years and have recently arranged a further year extension to my contract. Throughout this period i have found all the employees i have have interfaced with in this branch to be courteous, professional and trustworthy, (inc Natalie, Gary, Rebecca & more). From time to time queries and issues are bound to arise from tenants or landlords, but i have always found this team to apply common sense and fairness to all parties in order to overcome any obstacles. I am certain all my past tenants would agree. Combined with efficiency and integrity they are certainly a great asset and advert for the Northwood franchise. Having worked in the service industry for over 30 years myself, I am comfortable in calling out 'poor service', but also believe in recognising 'great service' which is what this whole team have consistently provided.
