I have to give them 5 stars even though its an awful lot of credit to give any organisation isn't it!? I first chose them because the manager Anita impressed me enough to take the chance after incurring a very bad experience with some one else. which cost me a lot of wasted time and money. And even though one could say. "But aren't they situated almost on the edge of town"!? It doesn't matter, as these days with modern online sales techniques and sales promotions every estate agent has an equal potential and therefore your chances of being successful are just as real as any mayor established competitor close to the town centre, and maybe for half the price! Drive by, and take a look at their window display you maybe impressed!

Delighted to share my recent experience with Northwood Lettings incredible turnaround from initial consultation to tenant moving in. House purchase completed on November 30th, appointment with Rebecca BP on Wednesday 5th December completed forms tenant found within days, and took keys December 11th. Rebecca & Gary extremely knowledgeable about the lettings process , legislation. etc. Good understanding of local market and keen to match clients with suitable candidates. Overall first class service highly recommend.

Natalie and Rebecca in lettings have been very good. Warm, caring and genuinely interested in what we need as a family. Looking forward to continuing as tenants with Northwood. In our experience thus far, fees are standard compared to other Southport lettings agents, but customer experience is above the rest.
