Peter Atkinson from Belvoir

Peter Atkinson from Belvoir Properties, Sleaford steered me on the right track in getting my house ready for letting. I had never done this before so his excellent advice was worth its weight in gold (ie neutral colour-scheme; electrical testing etc). Jan, Joanna and Pam have kept me informed as to what is going on with the property (regular inspections etc). Messages left on my mobile and e-mails are especially welcome as I work long days and often don't have time to contact them straight away - they always keep me updated. Whenever I have been back to Lincolnshire I have called into the Sleaford office and even if these staff members are not available I have always been given a warm, friendly welcome and helpful advice to any query I have.

We have 2 properties which we have let through Belvoir Sleaford since 2005. They have always been proactive and efficient. We recommend them to all our friends!

We currently let two

We currently let two properties through Belvoir in Sleaford and we've found them excellent. They keep us informed of any issues, and take care of running repairs at a very reasonable cost. We have used other agents in the past in Sleaford and Belvoir are miles ahead in comparison.

Have always received

Have always received excellent service and advice. Any problems with tenants have always been sorted efficiently. Any problems with the property have also been dealt with efficiently so that tenants are kept happy. I would definately recommend them and use them again.

We have used Belvoir for five

We have used Belvoir for five years plus now and have nothing but praise for their service. On any occasion that the tenant has had any problems the agents have dealt swiftly and efficiently to sort the problem. Even when it has cost us money, which it has recently we have been very impressed with the service received as have our tenants I'm sure.

Excellent letting agent, have

Excellent letting agent, have used this agent for 8 years and never had any problems. We pay for a fully managed service and that's what we receive. Rent is always received on time and they keep us informed of any problems. I work in a letting agents but still choose to have my property managed by Belvoir as they do a good job.

Very pleasant and thorough in what they do. Amanda has been helpful with added things we may have needed.
