From the first phone call to
From the first phone call to Peter Atkinson the director I was very impressed with the service they had to offer. I always felt that I was being treated as an individual and received personal attention at all times. When we visited Peter in his office everything was leisurely, informative and at a pace that my wife and I could understand as first time landlords. Angela Hague became our first point of contact and showed the possible tenants around the property. She was incredibly helpful and assisted us throughout in choosing the perfect tenants. She kept us updated at all times by phone and backed up by emails. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is a credit to the company. During our visits to the office and supporting Angela whilst she was away for a few days, Reece Creighton was there to assist at all times. He was extremely helpful and very polite and obliging throughout. Overall my wife and I would highly rate Belvoir at Sleaford and we look forward to a long and trouble free relationship with them. Belvoir Lettings in Sealford
Belvoir Lettings in Sealford are excellant. My partner and I split up this year and I didn't quite have enough money for the deposit and six months rent. They helped me with a repayment scheme which allowed me to move into the property. They helped me find the right property for me and my pet. They sorted out the paperwork and inventory for me leaving me the time to sort out other matters. The service they provide is second to none and any problems that I have had with the proerty have been dealt in a timely fashion leaving me with no worries and enabling me to get on with my life. When ever I have popped in to their office to hand over any previous tennets mail thay have always made me feel welcome, nothing is to trival to them. They are the most helpfull and pleasant staff you could ever meet. I hope they go from stength to strength. All I can say is keep up the good work as you provide an excellent service, which in this day and age is hard to find.

I have used the Belvoir
I have used the Belvoir agency several times and have always been extremely happy with the service they provide. Belvoir found my current tenants and, although I manage the property myself, I was able to phone Peter with a problem I was experiencing. He gave me very good advice and we discussed all options open to me. Peter was very thorough and professional and I would always use this agency in the future to find me new tenants. My daughter has also used Belvoir in Sleaford to find tenants in her 3 properties and it was my daughter who recommended them to me.

I have dealt with this branch
I have dealt with this branch for over 7 years now and nothing is to difficult for them to deal with. The entire team are very efficient and offer a very quick service with any problems or queries I or my tenant may have. On a personal note they were very understanding when I had to go through a divorce and split 2 properties between myself and my husband.( We let both properties with them) They were unbiased and professional to both of us. They look after my property well as I live so far away and they have built up a good team of reliable and reasonably priced local tradesmen to service my property. I feel my property is in safe hands with the Belvoir Sleaford Branch. I would have no problems recommending this letting agency to anyone, both landlord and tenant.

I have used this agent for
I have used this agent for the past 7 years truly professional honest and hard working excellent staff and. Management. The always put the tenant needs first no matter what time a situation arises. They always go the extra mile despite this sometime costing me the owner extra costs but to ensure a happy tenant is always their aim.

I have had my house let with
I have had my house let with Belvoir for a few years now, most of my dealings have been with Jan, I have been 100% happy with all that has been done in managing property including a timely eviction of a rogue tenant.

As I had never rented any
As I had never rented any property before I found their help and advice invaluable, especially as I live in the U.S. They are very proffesional and what is also important is they are all very friendly. Their advice and expertise was ans still is valuable, Jan and the the rest of the team are very good at what they do. I know ,y property is in good hands.

• The Sleaford Team have been an absolute delight to deal with on every occasion - every phone call is dealt with professionally and I have thoroughly enjoyed their wit and banter. • I have rented my house for 5 years and whenever there has been a problem (fence panel blown down, garage door stuck, broken cistern etc), they have arranged an immediate quality repair that has been very reasonably priced, • I would highly recommend them to anyone - even my mother in law!

Belvoir in Sleaford having
Belvoir in Sleaford having been managing our property for a number of years now. As we live abroad, the property is fully managed. Their fees may be a little more than other companies, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. What you pay for with this team is efficiency and total commitment to the job they are doing. They are fully proactive when finding tenants and on the ball when there are any problems at the property, no matter how large or small. I feel confident that my property is let with the best agents in the area...
