After trouble with other estate agents in Sleaford I found some properties with Belvoir. After a few conversations with Reece who was a very nice guy I had not had a viewing and was beginning to get frustrated. I then phoned and spoke to Sue who got me a viewing that same evening for a property that was perfect for us! Thank you Sue for all the help that you have given us and getting us into our home!

Have been a tenant through Belvoir Sleaford for last 4 years and have always found them extremely helpful and fair in their dealings with us. Have recently moved out and Lynn has been exceptional in the assistance she has given us in dealing with an issue that we had which has now been resolved. So a massive thank you to Lynn for everything she has done and all her hard work. We would recommend Belvoir both to tenants and landlords. Excellent service.

As a tenant who respected other peoples property, I had only positive dealings with staff there. This branch has looked after my house for the last decade and during that time I can honestly say that I have not had to worry about my property. When the tenants have raised an issue, I have been informed promptly so that the issue can be dealt with. Conversely therefore I should think that this would also mean that tenants are happy in their dealings with Belvoir as they are quick to act and respond to concerns. When a tenant caused damage to my house I was supported and helped no end by the staff. It would have been a far more stressful situation without the professionalism of the staff involved. All in all I am very happy to recommend their services to everyone.

From the outset the team were welcoming, professional and friendly. When we had some serious heating issues everyone in the office responded quickly and effectively with Peter the owner even spending his own money to bring coal and some heaters from his office to tide us over until the repairs could start. Now that's what I call going above and beyond what any other estate agent has ever done and why I can't rate the team highly enough. Down to earth, professional, friendly and deserving of 5 stars.
