Outstanding Service!
A thousand and more thanks to Natalie, Pippa and the rest of the team at Hannah James Estates! I’ve been very impressed with Natalie’s selling ability when she was showcasing our flat at the very beginning, very knowledgeable, confident and entertaining which I very much enjoyed during the viewing! Both Natalie Stephens and Pippa Hare helped us a lot with all paperwork and administrative processes, updating and guiding us through every step of the way until completion. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything that they've done for us! THANK YOU! Totally recommend!

Sanderstead House Sale
At all times the staff at Hannah James were efficient, friendly and supportive. From providing the initial probate valuation, through marketing and selling the house they could not have been more helpful. Communication and feedback were excellent and queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Excellent All Round Agent
We recently completed the sale of my Mothers house. Hannah James worked extremely hard on several offers we received. Due in no fault to themselves unfortunately a few offers did fall through but in the end we achieved what I think was a fair price for the empty property. Pippa and Natalie were superb. Both g was too much trouble and they invested time and huge effort in getting the final sale over the line. I highly recommend Hannah James in all respects.

A perfect 10 out of 10. If you are looking for an estate agent to dial down some of the stress of moving home, you have found them. Hannah James Estates were faultless from start to finish. All the girls in the office were really on the ball with everything and nothing was too much trouble, keeping us well informed with every step. Having our conveyancing solicitor, Manchesters right next door (under the same roof) made the whole process quick and seamless.
