We recently purchased a house through Manchester Durman during the pandemic. Throughout the whole process which at times was challenging Manchester Durman communicated with us frequently and were amazing to deal with. It's a fantastic team who were always so positive and helpful during stressful times, going out of their way to reassure us and to help us when moving in. In particular James Manchester was fantastic helping us to overcome obstacles during the process. We really appreciated all their help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Outstanding service

I needed to sell my parent's property after my father passed away. This was complicated by my living 3500 miles away, not to mention a global pandemic. James and his team had an offer on the house within 48 hours. Due to a long prolonged probate the sale would take almost 7 months to complete with many obstacles along the way. However the team did an incredible job of keeping both myself and the buyer abreast of developments and truly showed they cared about getting everything completed. It was that personal touch that really impressed me. The house is now sold and I could not be happier with the outcome.

Manchesters are extremely good at their job. We were kept informed at all times and had every confidence in the team in securing a quick sale and completion. Having been in contact with Manchester Durman on and off for approximately 9 months, I ended up purchasing my new home through them. As the Estate Agent and the acting Solicitor for the vendor, I felt that they were professional in what they did, and were incredibly transparent and communicative throughout the whole process putting their Clients at ease.
