We sold our house through Manchester Durman and from start to finish James and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with. James is very personable and was always on hand to give advice and help along the way. We would happily use them again in the future.
Regular communication and advice regarding my sale which was invaluable. Very helpful, friendly and attentive service.
James Manchester, a poodle with a tenacious bulldog demeanour and ability to keep tabs on many angles of our transactions both sale and purchase, made our sale/purchase processes thorough and made to make results eminently satisfying to the extent that we felt every angle/ eventuality had been covered. Well done and well worth commendation."
Manchester's handled the sale of our house very professionally and dealt with all parts of the sale quickly and efficiently and for a very fair cost. This is the second time they have dealt with a conveyance for us. They are in my opinion a very friendly company and all concerned with the sale were very helpful in my dealings with the forms etc, and showed an excellent knowledge of the property market and all the legal aspects required.
Honest and reliable
We have just used Manchester Durman as estate agents and conveyancers for the sale of my father's property after he passed away. James and his team were highly efficient, helpful and incredibly respectful at a very difficult time. The conveyancing went particularly smoothly because the same team had also acted as estate agents. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.
We sold our home through Hannah James Estates and were extremely happy with the service. Right from the valuation to the move date, the communication was brilliant throughout!
The team at Hannah James worked very hard on our behalf. Unfailingly professional, they deliver a friendly, personal service, and have excellent local knowledge. I would definitely instruct them again. Using the associated law firm for the conveyancing made for a seamless process, that also offered good value for money.
We had an excellent customer experience from Manchester Durman. James Manchester was exceptional as both an estate agent and conveyancing solicitor. During an unpredictable housing market, James and the team sold our house very quickly and for a good price. The team were always professional and available. The telephone was answered promptly - no hanging on for an answer machine - and email was also managed effectively. Every member of the team gave us time so that we felt very valued customers. By combining the solicitors with the estate agents we were able to communicate easily and readily with James to understand the legal aspects of the sale and purchase. The quality of service received was not at the expense of speed - the sale and purchase proceeded quickly with James working proactively to maintain the pace, minimising the chance of losing our dream property. We would highly recommend Manchester Durman for their sales and conveyancing services.
excellent customer service, communicated throughout process, always professional and on time.
