Selling of property using Manchester-Durman
Selling the property through Manchester-Durman was a very good experience. The staff were knowledgeable, capable, efficient, and prompt with responses to inquiries, and I appreciated their meticulous attention to detail. I also am highly appreciative of the manner in which I was kept up to date with developments. A five-star operation in every way. I am quite happy to recommend them unreservedly.

Absolutely first class in all respects
15 years ago we used James Manchester as our solicitor when we bought our house and were very impressed by him, so we immediately turned to him to act as both estate agent and Solicitor again for the sale of our property. We could not be more pleased by James and all his staff. They have worked relentlessly and professionally throughout always available and always full of suggestions and wise advice. We could ring them at any time or pop into the office at any time and were always met with the same cheerful professional attitude and they were always aware of the latest developments in our sale. I could not rate them more highly. If you are looking for a very professional and motivated firm who work diligently and steadily with a very straightforward and uncomplicated manner then you need look no further.

Informative, knowledgeable about current pricing and market trends
Manchesters are extremely good at their job. We were kept informed at all times and had every confidence in the team in securing a quick sale and completion. We would highly recommend using Manchesters as your estate agent. Also they offer legal advice and services with the sale which helps with a speedy completion. All members of staff are polite and well trained/informed.

Great
Having been in contact with Manchester Durman on and off for approximately 9 months, I ended up purchasing my new home through them. As the Estate Agent and the acting Solicitor for the vendor, I felt that they were professional in what they did, and were incredibly transparent and communicative throughout the whole process putting their Clients at ease. Whenever I had concerns or questions, these were dealt with.. I would not hesitate to use them again, either as an Estate Agent or Solicitor.

Outstanding agents. Friendly, Helpful, knowledgeable, professional team.
We could not recommend Manchester Durman more highly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish with friendly professional support from the whole team. Our buyer was committed to complete in 3 weeks after we had offered on our new house, and Manchesters did it, leaving no stone unturned. We were informed every step of the way, and whenever we needed advice, it was given. Having the solicitor as part of the team was an incredible help and gave us confidence that nothing was missed. Cannot fault them
Very professional company all the staff are extremely knowledgeable nothing is to much trouble would not hesitate to recommend them time and time again even better was the fact that both Mr Manchester and Mr Durman are solicitor's so everything can be done in one place.

Having placed our house for sale in the hands of Manchester Estate Agents we were not anticipating that this would lead to so many problems during the following year, none of which I must add were the fault of Manchesters. The final purchaser had been one of the first to view the property and declared his interest from the start. However during the following year the problems that he caused, together with his solicitors and estate agent by way of miss stating his own situation in respect of selling his property to a Land Developer, claiming his mothers house was still in probate, not being able to place the 10% initial deposit, failing to complete on the stated day as well as telling downright untruths either from himself or his estate agent led us to believe that he would never complete the purchase. However due to the determination, patience and expertise of James Manchester and his staff, we eventually were able to complete nearly a year after the buyer had shown interest in the property. As a point of interest and what caused considerable concern was that the buyer had only visited. the property on one occasion and had only stayed for about half an hour! We would certainly recommend Manchesters in every respect although I am sure they would not want another situation like this to arise in the future!

Selling our Home.
Manchester Durman provided wonderful service, as well as wonderful support from start to finish. All of the staff were professional and very caring. They did all that they could to ease the stress of the process. Their levels of knowledge and awareness of our needs, was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. The team, headed by James Manchester always put us first. We can’t speak highly enough of them and would recommend them to anyone looking for first class service, with the “human touch”.. You’d be hard pressed to find a better service. Thanks to all at Manchester Durman. J&M

Excellent service
From initial visit by Mr Manchester to completion of sale we were in good hands. The ladies in the team involved with showing potential purchasers round the property could not be faulted - efficient, friendly and helpful and we were kept fully informed at all times.. An excellent service at a very reasonable price.. This is an agency that is thoroughly recommended.
