Outstanding agents. Friendly, Helpful, knowledgeable, professional team.

We could not recommend Manchester Durman more highly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish with friendly professional support from the whole team. Our buyer was committed to complete in 3 weeks after we had offered on our new house, and Manchesters did it, leaving no stone unturned. We were informed every step of the way, and whenever we needed advice, it was given. Having the solicitor as part of the team was an incredible help and gave us confidence that nothing was missed. Cannot fault them

Very professional company all the staff are extremely knowledgeable nothing is to much trouble would not hesitate to recommend them time and time again even better was the fact that both Mr Manchester and Mr Durman are solicitor's so everything can be done in one place.

Having placed our house for sale in the hands of Manchester Estate Agents we were not anticipating that this would lead to so many problems during the following year, none of which I must add were the fault of Manchesters. The final purchaser had been one of the first to view the property and declared his interest from the start. However during the following year the problems that he caused, together with his solicitors and estate agent by way of miss stating his own situation in respect of selling his property to a Land Developer, claiming his mothers house was still in probate, not being able to place the 10% initial deposit, failing to complete on the stated day as well as telling downright untruths either from himself or his estate agent led us to believe that he would never complete the purchase. However due to the determination, patience and expertise of James Manchester and his staff, we eventually were able to complete nearly a year after the buyer had shown interest in the property. As a point of interest and what caused considerable concern was that the buyer had only visited. the property on one occasion and had only stayed for about half an hour! We would certainly recommend Manchesters in every respect although I am sure they would not want another situation like this to arise in the future!

Selling our Home.

Manchester Durman provided wonderful service, as well as wonderful support from start to finish. All of the staff were professional and very caring. They did all that they could to ease the stress of the process. Their levels of knowledge and awareness of our needs, was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. The team, headed by James Manchester always put us first. We can’t speak highly enough of them and would recommend them to anyone looking for first class service, with the “human touch”.. You’d be hard pressed to find a better service. Thanks to all at Manchester Durman. J&M

Excellent service

From initial visit by Mr Manchester to completion of sale we were in good hands. The ladies in the team involved with showing potential purchasers round the property could not be faulted - efficient, friendly and helpful and we were kept fully informed at all times.. An excellent service at a very reasonable price.. This is an agency that is thoroughly recommended.

Superb service for both Sales and solicitors

All the team at manchesters did a fantastic job of the sale of our property and on the legal side. Very reasonable cost and an impeccable service. Not only are the team very professional in what they do, they have a vast knowledge in the property market and are also very good a communicating throughout the buying/selling process which is a huge benefit! Will definatly have my recommendation!

Excellent agent, went that extra mile.

Cannot thank you enough for all the work you have do in selling my mothers house & my onward purchase, I would recommend this agent to anyone, selling or buying in the area. All the staff who work there are very understanding & helpful during this, being a very stressful time. We had a problem with a buyer pulling out at the last minute, Manchester Durman were on the case straight away & we found another buyer in no time at all & eventually sold the house for a lot more money. James did all the conveyancing on my onward purchase, he suggested I get a drain survey after telling him the age of the property, thank god I did, the drains will require replacing at rear & front relined, I managed to get more off the house price because of this.

Friendly staff & excellent service

We sold our house through Manchester Durman and from start to finish James and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with. James is very personable and was always on hand to give advice and help along the way. We would happily use them again in the future.
