Quality service

I have rented a house for last 7 years formally thru whitegates and have had exceptional service especially with Angela who has done her best throughout the 7 years for me . I would like to thank everyone who has helped me throughout my time

Tenancy Review

I would like to thank Hannah Wilkinson on her support through the tenancy agreement renewal. I had a few problems (due to a fault of my own) but Hannah supported me throughout and provided me with fantastic advice and responded to emails the same day in a timely manner. It was a stressful time for myself but Hannah reassured me and i was always confident she would do the best she can to help me. Thank you Hannah for all your help.

I have been a tenant with this company for a few years now. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and although very professional, there is also a warm and welcoming feel to the service you receive which I feel is important.Denise and the rest of the team are always available and ready to deal with anything you need as a tenant. This company looks after it’s tenants and not just the landlords like many others. The welfare and rights of the tenants I feel is paramount to this company.

Very impressed with Denise Feather at this company. Highly knowledgeable and professional. Handles all my enquiries extremely well and resolves management problems, the few I have had, promptly and efficiently. Cannot recommend Denise highly enough. A true professional in an industry with a lot of mediocrity.
