Cannot speak highly enough of this estate agents, both Mark and Julie, so professional and helpful, guided me through the process so excellently and with the minimum amount of stress for me. Having been someone who has been stung by poor estate agents in the past, let me tell you in no uncertain terms, don't wast your time with your move, first choice or any of the others, if you are in the Workington/West Cumbria area, you have to go with Mark Bucanan property group. 5* service. Julie and claire have been fantastic during our purchase. They stepped in when there was solicitor issues and today we finally completed. If it wasnt for these 2 lovely ladies we would probs have walked away from the purchase. They sorted chain issues many times and kept us better Informed than solicitors. I Would 100% Recommend using this Estate agent. I Wouldnt hesitate if I needed to sell

Great guy, as buyers he was very helpful. It was extremely difficult for him as his clients, the sellers were completely lacking in honesty, integrity and empathy. Unsurprisingly they had "bad buyers' before, probably due to a total lack of understanding of how you are supposed to act. He kept the deal going even when he wasn't being kept in the loop by his own clients. Very professional, will happily employ Mark when we move again.

Mark and Julie were excellent. Our house sold within a few hours of being on the market. They made the process simple with straight forward pricing and no hidden costs. They set up a WhatsApp group for us to ask any questions and we found they replied very promptly, nothing was too much for them Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their house.

Mark achieved a quick sale for me very effectively. He and his staff are incredibly helpful and also very prompt, responsive and professional. I have moved house five times over the years and this has been by far and away the least stressful experience and the best handled.

It’s hard to know where to start with this 5 star review but if I could give 10 stars I would. Mark and Julie go beyond any expectation of not only an estate agents but also a business in general. Their understanding and empathy towards your individual goals and expectations is crazy when you consider they balance everyone. I couldn’t imagine balancing lots of versions of me who have a dream home but need lots of help to get it. The UK purchasing system is rough but with these two at the healm you can literally move mountains. Thank you xx
