I've used Martin and Co as a landlord to let out a new property recently. I've been very happy with the responsiveness, professionally and fast delivery that the team has to offer. They're always quick to respond to queries and keep you updated on progress. They're also very pro-active and sort out issues before you even think of them. Angela and Samantha in particular have been a massive help in getting the property up to shape and letting it out. Overall, I've been very pleased with the customer experience so far and am excited to continue working with them.

We let our home through Martin & Co and have always been really impressed by the service. Just this week one of the agents, Angela, has gone out of her way to help us re-carpet our property but using local links. They care both about the tenant and the owner.
