I am writing to express our appreciation for the whole Balgores estate agent team in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex . For their fantastic work in marketing and selling our home in super quick time. From the initial visit we felt in the hands of professionals and the ongoing care and attention was amazing . From the beginning Clive Ellingham was so positive and prepared to market our house enthusiastically . Our case was passed to the capable Marie Ball who tirelessly progressed not only our sale but acted for the two buyers in the chain too!
