As Executor I chose Martins to list my father’s house because Gary was straightforward and honest, with no attempt to buy the listing with over-optimistic valuation. Photographs and presentation were excellent, and the narrative did justice to our much-loved family home. Within a week of listing, we had multiple offers all at around list price. Great job guys.

Hayley has always provided great service to me as a landlord and to my tenants. She has provided comprehensive check-in/ check-out reports and mid-tenancy reviews (when required) and found great tenants. She always has good advice on how to manage any issues and has trusted contractors she can call on, usually at short notice. Hayley is really responsive and flexible with her time, even on weekends and is always a pleasure to work with - highly recommended!
