Martin and Co. are brilliant and a breath of fresh air in their approach. Angela has been wonderful throughout the process of selling our house, from taking stunning photos to really going over and above to help us out, she's delightful to deal with. We bought the property from Derren and Gill several years ago, a process through which they were both incredibly supportive, well-researched and knowledgeable. Always direct with us they were back-and-forth on the phone giving building recommendations to get everything in place quickly and making the experience pleasant in tough circumstances. It has been great going through Gill again this time. We would highly recommend Martin and Co to anybody in Saltaire looking to sell their property and wanting to feel they are in safe, accommodating, efficient hands. We had valuations ranging widely from several estate agencies and have been following the local market closely for some years. We felt that Martin and Co.'s valuation and strategy was well developed to suit us right from the off.

Unfortunately the market wasn't able at this time to come up with a property that fit my needs and budget but I couldn't fault the help I got from Martin & Co in Saltaire. I would go back to them first if I thought the Saltaire area was where I should be looking. Really pleasant and professional - and didn;t complain when I was late for a viewing!
