This is the second time we have used Wainwright Estate Agents and in my last review I praised them uphill and down dale, again they have proved how good they are, once again Mr Paul Saunders came to our property, took all the necessary details and photographs, again very professional, nothing was to much of a problem and we agreed a value.... The house was placed on the market on a Friday and by the Monday the property was under offer for the full asking price...unfortunately.. an unforseen problem arose which meant we were unable to proceed with the sale, I informed Paul of the set back and apologised, it was met with concern and offers of help. This company is truly amazing and once we have overcome the problem we have hopefully Wainwright's will take us on again. One of the really good points the company has is they use an ordinary camera with none of the tomfoolery of trying to make the house larger than it really is which is always something I find very annoying when going to view somewhere. Anyway, highly recommend, no other company comes near in my view.
