Wainwrights have been an excellent agent for our let property. They provide a very good buffer betwen us and our tenants, taking a lot of the potential pain out of the letting of a small domestic residence. In particular Paul is very efficient and a great support.

Our house-buying process was delayed due to issues with the seller's solicitor. Paul and the team demonstrated how an excellent estate agent operates in these circumstances. Paul was proactive in finding solutions and bringing people together. He was positive and upbeat through all these issues which helped us to stick with it. There were several times we wanted to walk away but he made the difference. Paul demonstrates why good people in the Estate Agent industry are essential to the house-buying process.
