I am in the process of buying a property through Wainwright Estate Agents and felt compelled to write a review pending the completion of the purchase. Having bought and sold quite a few properties over the years I have never experienced such a professional and yet friendly service from an estate agents. My main dealings have been with Claire, Lucia and Paul and there has been none of the "cant be bothered" gum chewing attitude or call centre generalised responses that I have experienced with other high street branches. Could not have asked for a better estate agents. Paul helped me so much with the sale of my moms house. I live 250 miles away and needed to move my mom nearer to me for her own safety. Paul went above and beyond any duty he had as an estate agent and i could honestly not have managed without him.
