Could not have asked for a better estate agents. Paul helped me so much with the sale of my moms house. I live 250 miles away and needed to move my mom nearer to me for her own safety. Paul went above and beyond any duty he had as an estate agent and i could honestly not have managed without him. He not only sold my moms house, he checked on her to see she was ok when she was still there, looked after the house when it was empty and was just the most kind and compassionate man in the difficult circumstances we found ourselves in. As buyers, Wainwrights kept us informed the whole way. The team's experience shone through when dealing with solicitors, the vendor and ourselves and we felt like we were in very safe hands whilst the whole process took place. We hope not to be selling anytime soon but when we do, we will definately be using the expertise of Wainwrights to do so.
