During the sale of our house Paul has been exceptionally responsive and consistent. Every time Paul said he would do something related to the sale it was immediate. Paul went above and beyond managing everything after contracts were signed and we were in the legal stages of the sale. The solicitor that Wainwright's recommended was also really good. Thanks Paul!

As an experienced conveyancing solicitor I work with a number of Estate Agents up and down the country and I have come to learn that every transaction is different. Some are very easy and quick to deal with whereas others are not so easy.
With Wainwrights we have had both the rough and the smooth but no matter what we have always, together, achieved the best results for our clients. Their no nonsense approach with clear communication is explementary and we work well together assisting each throughout the process. I cannot fault them one bit and I look forward to continuing to work with the team at Wainwrights.
