We sold our home through Wainwrights and completed two weeks ago. They were recommended by a friends daughter who had worked there before. Claire was our agent and she was brilliant. Selling your home is stressful and even more so if you find your ongoing purchase, but Claire made it as easy as possible. I really appreciated the feedback they always gave after viewings, and they did all of them so we were able to leave the house and let any potential buyers have a really good look around without us being there, which I think is much better for potential buyers. They were as a team really efficient and responded to any queries or requests quickly which is really important when you are going through the stress and drama of selling and buying. I would highly recommend them, and as a local independent estate agent they really know the market and what their potential buyers are looking for.
