Selling our deceased sons home was a real emotional journey for Stan and I.I know I wasn't the easiest customer due to my stress levels....Paul and his team were both patient and professional throughout and nothing was too much trouble for them. On purchasing a house through Wainwrights; Paul in particular was very helpful. He made the whole process very easy. He got back to me in a very timely manner with any queries or concerns and gave me a wonderfully easy experience of purchasing a house, which is often a stressful time. I would certainly use Wainwrights in Saltash again.

Thoroughly recommend Wainwright Estate Agents. Their service was fantastic throughout the whole of the process of buying my new home. The lady who showed us around the house initially was knowledgeable and friendly. Claire and Paul were proactive and efficient at seeing my purchase through to completion. I will definitely use them again should I ever decide to sell.

We went through referencing for a flat with Wainwright Estate Agents. The whole process was smooth, with contact being perfect- very efficient (and which is difficult to find nowadays!). The lady (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) who showed me around the property was delightful, could answer all my questions and squeezed me in. Once we had been accepted for referencing my partner and I were passed to Paul, who kept in contact with us, was happy to answer any questions and lead us through the process perfectly. When it came to signing the tenancy agreement, Paul came in on his day off so that my partner and I didn’t have to miss work, he spoke through all the documents with us and gave us plenty of time to read through the agreement (I have felt rushed before). Overall, these are the best agents I have dealt with, and would highly recommend them.

I was never made to feel that anything was any bother and any questions that I had along the way was dealt with efficiently and effectively. The purchase of our dream home where my family and I, including my mum, can live together in the country went through with ease. It took several months in the making but it was definitely worth the wait. I really can not recommend Wainwright Estate Agents enough.

I have used Wainwrights to purchase and sell through. I thoroughly recommend them and would look to use them again. Paul is the consummate professional with excellent communication skills, proactive and is the reason we were able to push the sale through in a timely manner.

I can not recommend Paul at wainwright enough! Brilliant communication and always kept us in the loop casing updates for us! Extremely hard working, friendly and helpful. Made a stressful and emotional task so much easier!
