Very accommodating, booked in to view a property, had to alter the booking due to work commitments, we were met by the letting agent (only person free that day) who was lovely. We were called on the following working day (mon) for feedback as they advised would be the case. Good experience.

We have just sold our house through Paul at Wainwright after having known him for a long time. He sold our house very quickly, but due to some circumstances with the land we where buying it took a little longer to complete than everyone had hoped for. He was fab at dealing with the people who where buying our house but was always on hand to speak with me and deal with my roller coaster of emotions.

From the moment we invited Paul Sanders into our home to market it, we were given professional advice, a fair appraisal, and he offered to sell our house on a no move - no fee basis. The fee was also reasonable. We were not certain whether we wanted to sell the house, but this did not stifle Pauls efforts to take beautiful pictures and create a perfect listing. The house sold quickly, twice! Unfortunately the second buyer also withdrew their offer and we decided to rent out the property instead, and Pauls excellent pictures helped to get it let instantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wainwright to sell or buy your next home, and we will most certainly be using them again in the future.

I viewed a property in Saltash recently with Claire from Wainwright Estate Agents and it was so refreshing to view a property with no pressure to go straight to best and final offers, with someone who knew a lot about the local area and the property itself. I'm not from Saltash and don't know the area particularly well but Claire went out of her way to explain what was nearby, local points of interest and point out great places for dog walks which was a huge plus for me! Excellent level of service towards buyers and would highly recommend.
