During the sale of our house Paul has been exceptionally responsive and consistent. Every time Paul said he would do something related to the sale it was immediate. Paul went above and beyond managing everything after contracts were signed and we were in the legal stages of the sale. The solicitor that Wainwright's recommended was also really good. Thanks Paul!
