Thanks for selling our home no fuss 😊 …

We'd like to say a big thank you to the team at Lawrence Rand. To Jamie for getting the process started, Paul for driving things forward, and Alec for getting things over the line. The team took on a challenge with us and made it work in the limited time we had. Bravo. We want to give a special mention to Alec Worrall - if there's one person you want on your team, to deliver under pressure, to stay calm through the many challenges that come your way during a sale/purchase, then it's Alec. He managed to keep everything going in the right direction, with a smile on his face, unbelievable calm but also with complete determination and client focus. Trust in him and he will deliver! So thank you to LR for making things happen for us!

I needed a short term rental flat and was introduced to Mandeep Stewart. She is one of the most professional, efficient and responsible service provider. I would truly recommend her and the firm for any property related matter. She and her team have been super fantastic ! Keep up the good work Mandeep ! I have ended my AST Tenancy with the Landlord and Lawrence Rand Managing Agents were managing the tenancy agreement. I highly wish to recommend: Mandeep Stewart, Matthew Huband and Harry Tibbey who were assisting me throughout my tenancy. Their professionalism has amazed and super impressed me. I fully recommend their services and wish them the best of luck in future. Well Done Mandeep - you must be promoted - definitely recommend it ! Well Done Matthew - your communication is excellent - alway keep it up ! Well Done Harry - you are an honest young man and will surely pave up with your excellent friendly and very prompt responses. All three of you deserve to be promoted for your hard work. I would recommend to return to Lawrence Rand Estate Agent for all professional services, be it rentals, sales or buying of property. Yours sincerely, Tabassum Lukmanji

We worked with Fiona and Rebecca when we wanted to rent a house. Wonderful team. Very professional. Highly recommended.

My experience with Lawrance Rand was just amazing! Paul Ryan and the team were a dream to work with and would highly recommend anyone selling or buying to consider this firm. I dealt with them over a couple of years on and off due to circumstances trying to sell my property and never did they pressurised me in anyway shape or form to agree to anything that benefited their interests and they always gave me the best advise to achieve my goal to satisfactory. Very professional on all levels as we.. very please to have worked with you guys. Thanks a million.🙏

Claire was extremely helpful with regards to renting a property, I have had to deal with many letting agents over the past 6 years and Claire was definitely the most responsive and professional! Would definitely recommend

Nick has a comprehensive knowledge of the area and instilled an absolute confidence in his ability to get the job done.thoroughly recommend Mansons.

The team were really responsive and couldn't have helped us any more with our move! They were happy to operate around our situation and our needs. A very friendly and professional service throughout.

Mansons have always provided me with a very good service and excellent tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent estate agents. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone, definitely the best estate agents we have used in Jesmond. A lot more helpful and approachable than Pat Robson.
