Bought a house marketed by them. A bit hit and miss where the service overall was decent but there were a few occasions where the information given to me didn't appear to tie in with what was being discussed between solicitors. On one occasion, all parties appeared to have agreed on a completion date as communicated by the agent but this was later delayed by two weeks. Lawrence Rand did a good job post to recover this to a delay of 1 week but the overall communication needs to be better.
