We had originally found Masons whilst looking for properties on rightmove and applied for a property, they have been very professional, friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this agency to friends and family. We are currently living quite a distance from Newcastle and Masons have helped work around this with virtual/ video viewings and answering all questions we have asked.

We have rented through Mansons for 3 years now, the team are great, always get things done for us, and we have never had any issues, thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent experiences dealing with Mansons. Their administrator was particularly excellent and has a very proactive and professional approach. Thank you for your help, Marie.

I’ve lived in nearly 20 rented properties and honestly Mansons have been the best yet. Great service, very responsive in case of any maintenance needed as well as friendly and professional to speak to. Highly recommend

I have worked with Manson's now for 10 years. As letting agents they have always been pro-active in finding tenants each year, timely in getting quotes/repairs carried out and efficient in keeping the required paperwork up-to-date. More recently i have sold my apartment via their sales department (Deborah was my contact). Again the approach that i saw was professional, efficient and engaging. From finding prospective buyers through to completion of the paperwork/sale Deborah was a guiding hand and an essential help. I would gladly recommend Manson's Property Consultants to any perspective buyer, seller, landlord or renter. Andy

Having been a tenant with Manson's for a few years now I can safely say that they have been fantastic. Everything is made clear and digestible by their team of friendly, helpful professionals and any issues I've had were dealt with quickly and effectively.

Manson’s have been taking care of my properties for 3 years and I have found them to be excellent in all areas. The management of my properties by Mrs Cyndi Barrow has been nothing short of outstanding... I highly recommend Mansons letting agency!

Very friendly, helpful, and professional agents. Special thanks to Claire for taking care of us. Highly recommend this agency. As an international student, I've rented with many agents around NorthEast. The best of them all is Manson's. Well done 👏 …

Purchasing a house is a lengthy and stressful process but Alec was excellent in ensuring the transaction ran as smoothly as possible. We had some hiccups along the way so regular updates was important to us and Alec went beyond expectations on that aspect. Alec also made every effort to minimise the input required from myself e.g. by directly liaising with my solicitor to keep the transaction moving forward. Very happy to have worked with Alec and team - thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I'd like to thank Harry Tibbey, he was extremely professional and helpful throughout and has a fantastic eye for photography. The lovely pictures he took of our property were fundamental to us getting a buyer! What a great asset to the team you are Harry! Thanks again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
