Great service from the team. Alec Worrall in particular was a professional and calming influence. Even when I decided to update our mortgage rate, and completion was in jeopardy, he did really well to keep all parties calm. I am not giving 5 stars due to the first agent we had (won't give their name) going on paternity leave, but never disclosing this to myself prior. I understand the need to go on paternity leave, and wouldn't have minded at all if I knew near the begining of the journey that they would be going on leave. However, to call up the estate agent and suddenly hear by surprise our lead agent had gone on leave was a bit of a shock. I think greater transparency would be better
