Thomas Morris - Royston

Fantastic service from start to finsh from the Bournville branch. They made the process so smooth and stress free. Rachel completed the initial valuation and through her knowledge and expertise helped us to agree on an asking price that was fair. We received multiple offers on the first viewings dealt with by Samantha and we accepted the same day. Samantha then dealt with all of the queries during the sale process, keeping us informed regularly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The process was made seamless and stress free. If you are looking to sell your home i highly recommend Oulsnams.
