To say I was pleased with the service from the Team at Richard James has to be the understatement of the year! Professional, Personal and Efficient are the first words that come to mind. We dealt mainly with two people but the entire team are excellent. Out first contact was with Jack who came to value our property. Jack was amazing! He was polite, well informed and extremely well prepared. He is clearly a highly experienced and consummate professional, committed to providing extremely high standards of quality and customer care, but with a very human touch. Jack genuinely cares about his clients and will go more than the extra mile for them, he goes an extra 10 miles! Jack always returned calls promptly and made sure we were kept up to date. His patience is legendary and his advice the very best. He absolutely wants the very best experience for his clients and I always felt totally supported and that "someone was on my side!" When I felt worried or concerned Jack was immediately there with advice and support - thanks Jack! Our viewings were conducted by Luke Boles. What can I say? The passion and enthusiasm for providing the very best experience for his clients simply pours from Luke. When I listened to him "selling" my home during viewings, Luke was a natural. His positivity and professionalism shone through and when coupled with his natural enthusiastic personality every single person left the property smiling! He soaks up information like a sponge! The smallest detail I gave to him about house/area/neighbours etc was memorised and used on subsequent viewings. To hear his narrative about my property made me want to buy it! After every viewing Luke promptly gave me full feedback and kept me in the loop at all times. Like Jack, he is a consummate professional, with a very human touch.
