We have used Feefo since 2018 and we have found the platform user-friendly and easy to operate. Support tickets are answered promptly and the customer service team are extremely helpful and well-informed. Feefo offer a variety of widgets to help display reviews and the gathering and display of genuine customer feedback is a wonderful way of demonstrating that we are a trusted brand.

Can’t rate Fraser and Wheeler enough. They have been great right from the start. Very personable, honest and genuine. They kept me informed throughout the process and were happy for me to ring up and ask questions. If they weren’t available when I contacted them, they got back to me very quickly. They have kept on top of my sale and followed up when needed. I’d highly recommend them.
