Thomas Morris - Royston

Selling our big old house was rather a marathon experience, but that is no reflection on the time and effort that the team at Oulsnam put into getting us through to completion. Karen and Rachel showed great professionalism and care, ensuring that communication kept going between all parties.

A bit late posting this, but just wanted to say that the whole team at Oulsnam Bournville were just the best when we bought through them recently. Lovely people, super communicative & plain speaking (no jargon!) They helped us navigate quite a tricky purchase due to probate and renegotiations after the survey, but it felt like they weren’t taking sides but trying to ensure a fair outcome for all. Highly recommended, though we have no intention of selling the lovely house we bought from them and are in the process of renovating. 5 stars all round thanks 🙏

From my first interactions with the Bournville team I had a good feeling about them, I felt very comfortable dealing with them, something I definitely can't say about other estate agencies I approached. As a first time buyer Karen and Emma were both great at helping me with the buying process, kept me informed at every point and we're incredibly helpful. Would very much recommend using Oulsnam and would use them in the future if I have need of an estate agent.

Great experience buying my first property through Oulsnam. Liz was amazing throughout - had answers to all my questions during the viewing and knew the property well. Throughout the process was really efficient liaising between myself and the seller. Liz kept everything moving quickly despite being in a very long chain. Would definitely buy and sell future properties through Oulsnam.

Recently sold my house with Oulsnam and had a good experience. I was kept up to date throughout and appreciated the professional and clear communication. I would be happy to recommend this branch and Rachel and Emma who I particularly dealt with.

Tom was a great help renewing my rental contract, very nice Gentleman highly recommend him.

We're incredibly pleased with the support and service provided by Vincent Forrest. His efforts, communication, and commitment throughout the process of securing our rental property as our family home were outstanding. Vincent was responsive, professional, and always kept us well-informed. The ongoing support has been fast, efficient, and hassle-free. Highly recommend working with Vincent - he made a potentially stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Thank you!

I was renting with M&M properties for three years and ,they have been amazing. Very professional and hard working team. I never had delay in getting help from M&M properties. …

We have just started renting with m&m and the process has been so smooth and the least stressful thing ever. Everything has been so efficient and smooth sailing and has made our move stress free. Vincent has been a great help from the start as he reply’s quick and can help out with any questions we ask him.

Claire Heritage is without doubt the best agent we have ever used. We have moved many times and have suffered with sub-par agents, however our dream move was handled with professionalism, that goes above and beyond what we have …
