We recently sold our house with Thomas Morris and we’re happy with the service provided from start to finish. In the space of 48 hours Dominic showed us a house, valued and listed our home, found us a buyer and secured us the house we wanted… We completed two days ago. I purchased a property being sold by Thomas Morris. Whilst the solicitors were working on contracts, the agent (Fiona) was very accommodating to my requests when I asked to visit the house on a number of occasions with various tradesman so I could get quotes in for work in advance. Fiona was also very proactive in chasing solicitors and my buyer (despite it being the responsibility of my agent) to ensure the contracts got exchanged as soon as possible. This is my first experience with Thomas Morris and based on this, I would recommend them for customer service. As I bought rather than sold from Thomas Morris I cannot rate their ability to market your property, although I was impressed with the agents' enthusiasm and knowledge of the property when I was shown around it, along with the insightful 'key facts for buyers' pack I received when viewing the house, of which no over agent had offered something like this when I viewed their properties.

Fiona Barker should teach other estates agents country wide in communication skills, she has been so amazing, alway answering emails phone calls, any question ( no matter how stupid) really quickly and always made us feel like nothing was to much trouble. her communication skills are 10/10. And she definitely did her job well and it felt like she did the jobs that shouldn’t have been down to her too, made the whole moving experience run smoothly and a lot less stressful for all involved. Fiona Barker was helpful, informative, friendly and always super quick to respond to emails and calls. We had some complications during our purchase and Fiona was excellent at negotiating with our seller, solicitor and estate agent - juggling everyone's needs and providing solutions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fiona to buyers and sellers.
