Huge thanks to Amit, Robert, Fiona and the whole team for all their support in selling our first home. It was a long process (due to no fault of theirs) and the one thing I could rely on was for them to be there to help and offer advice. It’s hard to choose between agencies but we went with our gut feeling and couldn’t have been happier - we could be open and honest and felt we received the same in return. They were entirely accurate with their valuation - whereas we found other agencies seemed to over-estimate - and have always been more than courteous. Couldn’t really ask for more, and there’s no way we could have done it by ourselves.

Amit was great at every stage of our purchase. Always there to help tie up loose ends and contact the seller for us. Went above and beyond to stay in contact and keep us updated at every stage. Brilliant service!

We have bought a property using Thomas Morris and right from the very start Fiona has been extremely helpful and invested in getting the house sale and move over the line. I had a very good experience selling my house with Thomas Morris in Royston. All the people there are excellent but my main contact was with Amit. He handled everything from setting a realistic guide price, running the open days for the property and dealing with offers received. Obviously this is a stressful time for a seller.
