These guys were thoroughly professional. My house was on the market for 2 weeks, tho a week of that was waiting for the EDC evaluation, that was done on the Tuesday with pics taken the same day, by the Friday my house was sold!!! Amazing

Exceptional in every way. Previously had extremely poor service from other agents in the Swindon area, but so glad we used Richard James for our sale. Barrie, Luke, Lucy and the whole team have been truly amazing. Sold our property for a great price within a week of being on Rightmove, and we also had many viewings at the property before it went live in Rightmove too. Highly recommended.

I recently bought & sold through Oulsnam, Bournville. Wonderful team there- always responded to my questions, made me feel a valued customer and they had time for me whatever the query. They even answer the phone! Emma is brilliant, very knowledgable, patient and calm. With her support, I found what could have been a very stressful process, to be easy to navigate. Emma guided and supported me well through the whole journey. Top marks!
