We dealt mainly with two people but the entire team are excellent. Out first contact was with Jack who came to value our property. Jack was amazing! He was polite, well informed and extremely well prepared. He is clearly a highly experienced and consummate professional, committed to providing extremely high standards of quality and customer care, but with a very human touch. Jack genuinely cares about his clients and will go more than the extra mile for them, he goes an extra 10 miles! Jack always returned calls promptly and made sure we were kept up to date.
