Thomas Morris - Royston

A huge thank you to Paul and his team. We sold our house and bought an apartment through Fraser Wheeler back in April. The sale did get a little complicated, however Paul was incredibly helpful through this time and helped ease the stress, …

We recently sold a property through FW Dawlish office. They provided excellent service, including regular information on progress and ensuring that things kept moving across the various parties throughout the sale.

Chloe was fab from start to finish, nothing was ever too much to ask and we were updated as much as possible through the process, we were first time buyers and did not know what to expect, Chloe is really approachable and so helpful! I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you for all your help.

I can’t Recommend Chloe enough. After having initial evaluations from other agents Chloe at ewemove stood out from the crowd. It was apparent Chloe was knowledgeable and personable. Chloe does everything from initial consultation, photos and Viewings. Which I really liked as she knew the house she was selling. The whole process with Chloe and my million WhatsApps to help chase she was always available and always reassuring. I couldn’t have wished for a better Estate Agent. If you are looking to sell. Please don’t miss up the opportunity of Chloe at Ewmove. Would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks for everything.

Chloe was amazing, she was super friendly explained everything to me as first time selling my home. The house was up for sale a matter of days and after one days worth of viewing it was sold! Chloe kept in touch every step of the way she chase solicitors progress and i even moved to dubai whilst sale going through and chloe looked after everything. I cant recommend enough she was amazing. 5-star service!!

While we are still in the process of preparing for our own move, an absolute glowing review to Amit and his team at the Royston branch of Thomas Morris. From valuation early last year to the actual selling of our current property, Thomas …

Mark and Tom did a great job selling my property in the St Albans conservation area. Once legal work began their open lines of communication were extremely helpful. It was a bonus having F&C on board especially as the house was being let by JW&Co - both teams working efficiently together. Extremely impressed and would recommend!

I cannot recommend Fine & Country St Albans Estate Agents highly enough. Over the last 12 months, Mark Saville and team have successfully sold two of our properties, and their expertise and professionalism have been exceptional throughout the entire process. From the initial valuation to the final sale, they were with us every step of the way, providing valuable advice, regular updates, and exceptional customer service. But their service doesn’t stop there—Fine & Country have also managed our properties for the past 20 years, ensuring everything ran smoothly with both tenants and property maintenance. Lauren King and the lettings team's proactive approach and attention to detail have made them an invaluable partner, and we’ve always felt completely at ease knowing our properties are in their capable hands. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is dedicated, reliable, and highly skilled, look no further than Fine & Country, St Albans. They’ve consistently exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with their service.

I recently sold my house with Ryan after being there for 26 years, and I cannot recommend him enough! An amazing help from start to finish, and truly went above and beyond. If you're looking to sell your property in the area, then definitely choose Ryan as your agent.

Just sold my house with Ryan and Sam and I highly recommend them. They were very efficient and professional and I liked the WhatsApp group set up for keeping me updated during the sale, even when they were on holiday!. Very satisfied
