Lovely people, super communicative & plain speaking (no jargon!) They helped us navigate quite a tricky purchase due to probate and renegotiations after the survey, but it felt like they weren’t taking sides but trying to ensure a fair outcome for all. Highly recommended, though we have no intention of selling the lovely house we bought from them and are in the process of renovating. 5 stars all round thanks 🙏

Great experience buying my first property through Oulsnam. Liz was amazing throughout - had answers to all my questions during the viewing and knew the property well. Throughout the process was really efficient liaising between myself and the seller. Liz kept everything moving quickly despite being in a very long chain.
