I wish I could go for 0. What a sub level service you get. Went 6months no heating downstairs of house so couldn't use lounge during winter and had to dress like a sumo if I needed yo stay there for long. Always blaming 1 thing or another. Took our money quickly but since moving 1 month ago still waiting on deposits. So much for that guarantee. And if you need to speak to property manager better be ready Chacewater up your chase up. Poor

The worst estate agent I've ever come across. They fully manage my property and struggle to perform the most basic tasks to maintain the property. It has now taken over 2 months and they still haven't fixed the shower. I really can't recommend against them strongly enough. No property is good enough or cheap enough to put up with this company.

Without doubt the worst estate agent I have ever come across. We wasted 9 months trying to sell our apartment through them, with three sales falling through. Arrogant, incompetent and unhelpful staff, more interested in their commissions than serving their clients. The only redeeming feature of this agency is their lettings team who are very good indeed.

They are only good when it comes to taking your cash. When it comes to actually assisting you with the missing fridge in the tenancy or a needed invoice they will simply ignore your queries. If you just want to arrange the paperwork fast and get the house fast - yeah they can do that. If you want to actually receive support for anything which does not involve paying them up - good luck! The Tenancy manager will never pick up the phone and will always send a very blunt e-mail...whenever she will find the time to do so.

It will be in your best interest to avoid this agency like your life depends on it. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had renting. Nothing come close to this. I repeat they are the absolute worst. I wish I read the reviews before renting one of their properties. Once the initial contract is signed forget about getting anything done from them. Currently living in one of their properties and counting down for our contract to end so I can run for my life. The house I was rented and being charged over the roof for is falling apart and I mean literally. I’ve delayed writing this review for months hoping they would get all my complaints fixed but at this point I got nothing. Each time anyone takes a bath, my kitchen floods, wash dishes, kitchen floods, broken bricks, gas burner not functional. Shower not functional, mould everywhere, doors broken and hanging off the frame waiting to fall on someone, fence fallen to the ground to mention a few. As I type this nothing has still been done. No one has showed up to even take a look. It’s frustrating and miserable living like this and for the amount I’m paying monthly. I had to look them up online now only to see similar complaints as mine that weren’t resolved. Now I’m sad as my hopes of getting anything fixed at all has been dashed. All I an say is do not use this agency no matter how desperate you are or you will regret it.

Prospects should get a no start for their performance.. 1 star is very high. They are very good when taking money, but wont give it back. They never I should say never assisted in resolving problems in the house.. believe me I was with a 1 year old kid and still did not resolve heating issues when I had heating issues in the house.. now 1 month after vacating it they have not returned the deposit. Beware not worth your time or money. A very unhappy tenant.. Pavan
