I recently had purchasing a house with the assistance of Bernadette Martin as my agent. I must say that she was incredibly efficient and prompt in her responses. She exhibited politeness and was always willing to help. This experience stood in stark contrast to my previous encounters with other property agents who left me with a negative impression. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Bernadette Martin for her exceptional support and outstanding services.

Stefano and Edward have been really helpful and friendly. They've both called frequently to check everything is still going as planned and letting us know about new properties being let. When being shown around a flat as part of a group Edward was really accommodating and happy to spend time answering any questions we had. The only reason I haven't put 5 stars is because some of the staff have been less professional when talking on the phone, and it would be better if client managers showed viewers around individually rather than in a group.

Chira was incredibly helpful in helping us secure a new place just before Christmas. She really knows her stuff and was super patient and easy to talk to.

My positive rating for this agency is only due to Sasha Byrne. who manages the property I'm curretly renting. If it wasn't for the improved experience with her after my tenancy I would have rated this agency a 1. After signing the tenenacy contract and moving in I've had a great experience with Sasha. She's been extremely helpful, answering queries fast and efficiently. I've had a maintenence issue which she also handled promtly. Overall, she's very nice, polite and good at what she does. I'd recommend her toanyone who wants rent a managed proeprty with Prospect. However, my initial experience with Prospect was not great. Both the letting agent and the person setting up the tenancy agreement didn't seem to know what they were doing, took very long to respond and made promises that they then "forgot". I had to chase up with countless emails, phones calls and even office visits just to get the contract specifics that were agreeded upon to begin with. There was zero communication between the sales agent and the lady setting up the move, so everything just went in circles, with me having to clarify the same thing over and over to different people, even though as I said it was all promised by the agent when I made an offer. At that point it was too late to back out, otherwise I would have and chosen a different agency.

I had a professional and helpful experience with Prospect throughout the purchase of my first house in Reading, from viewings to completion. Particular shoutouts to the sales agent Allon during the viewings, and transaction agent Bernadette who was very responsive to move things along and patient in answering my questions.
