Had a very good experience dealing with Alice and haslams. Always responding to my questions and singing the contract was seamless Update: since moving in, I tried calling and sending emails numerous times but no response. A lot of issues has been raised in the flat since moving in and still no response.
CALVIN. Most unprofessional and rude behaviour I've ever come across with an estate agent. Someone in charge from Haslams must check him out.
The sales team at Haslams are arrogant and rude and I certainly would not recommend selling your property with them.
One of the Worst letting agents I have experienced. The responses are usually delayed and very rude. And after we moved out, they tried to deduct most of the deposit money claiming various fake reasons. Eventually we disputed it with the adjudication authority who rightfully decided to give us back most of the deposit they withheld. I strongly recommend them to improve and be true to the tenants rather than just to landlords
Disappointing Experience with Haslams Estate Agents I moved into an apartment managed by Haslams Estate Agents recently, and my experience has been highly disappointing. The apartment was handed over to us without a proper cleaning—dirty floors and walls were clearly visible. Despite notifying them and sending photos, they promised follow-up but never acted on it. Moreover, a critical issue with the shower has persisted for almost a month now. Despite repeated assurances, there has been no concrete action to resolve it. The maintenance process has been excruciatingly slow, contrasting sharply with their efficiency in collecting payments. Communication has been poor, with delayed responses and a lack of accountability. This has made daily living in the apartment extremely inconvenient. Overall, I'm deeply dissatisfied with Haslams' management and service delivery. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and responsive property management service.
The worst agency ever. My property manager Sharon Hardie does not do her job at all. All issues I report are being ignored since I moved in the flat. Before moving in they were not able to do simple cleaning. When I moved the floor was not even hovered. One week ago I reported an issue through their site and haven’t heard anything back and today I checked that she just closed my enquiry!
There wasn’t a proper assessment and my holding deposit was held back and my offer was later rejected. It is a terrible experience.
Have been battling an issue with our property (as simple as shower not working) for over 2 calendar months. . . There is no accountability.! Will not modify the review until the issue is fixed.. I don't even want to mention about the 6+ month waiting on a carpet that needs changed. The moment you sign the contract sheet, you are not taken seriously enough anymore !
Terrible! Just terrible. They have amazing sales agents, you get this, you have this but absolutely horrendous aftersales property management team. I mean everyone in property management is just defensive. It's like they have been told to … More
As per my experience they are very professional, Alice baker, who is in particularly handling my tenancy process. Always helping with all my queries and concerns, no matter how many times I called or emailed. She did understand the reasons which is commendable. Really appreciate it. Adding to my previous review. I believe it's the landlord really. They don't play a major role, as far as I can see. I moved to another rental place with Haslams and the experience is no less than a nightmare. I have been chasing them to fixes the issues in the property which is impossible to see when we view the property. They also send us a process to follow to create tickets for the engineers, we sent hours creating those tickets and explained the issues. After weeks of chasing, my property manager Jodie email back "Some of the issues will not be fixed from their side, you should have seen or mentioned this before finazing the property ". So I believe it's the property, if the property is in good hands and being maintained well by previous tenants, you will be lucky as I was in my previous experience, otherwise it's all gonna go haywire. Haslams don't take responsibility on the property being handed in a good position to the new tenants it's the previous tenants really as fas as my experience. They might just cut some deposit from the previous tenans but would surely not invest that in the issues in the property.
