As per my experience they are very professional, Alice baker, who is in particularly handling my tenancy process. Always helping with all my queries and concerns, no matter how many times I called or emailed. She did understand the reasons which is commendable. Really appreciate it. Adding to my previous review. I believe it's the landlord really. They don't play a major role, as far as I can see. I moved to another rental place with Haslams and the experience is no less than a nightmare. I have been chasing them to fixes the issues in the property which is impossible to see when we view the property. They also send us a process to follow to create tickets for the engineers, we sent hours creating those tickets and explained the issues. After weeks of chasing, my property manager Jodie email back "Some of the issues will not be fixed from their side, you should have seen or mentioned this before finazing the property ". So I believe it's the property, if the property is in good hands and being maintained well by previous tenants, you will be lucky as I was in my previous experience, otherwise it's all gonna go haywire. Haslams don't take responsibility on the property being handed in a good position to the new tenants it's the previous tenants really as fas as my experience. They might just cut some deposit from the previous tenans but would surely not invest that in the issues in the property.
