Superb

This is the fourth house that we have sold through Housenetwork and we are totally satisfied with every aspect of the organisation. We dealt with Richard, unfortunately I don't have his surname, and I would just like to say that whatever you are paying him it's not enough, he is quite simply superb, no jargon, no slang, no mate or over familiarisation he does a fantastic job and you are very lucky to have him. Use this company they will save you a fortune and do a much better job than your local estate agent.

Very pleased indeed

We were very keen to sell our house, so using an online agent for the first time did represent something of a risk. We selected House Network as it appeared to be the most professional of those offering the service and we were not disappointed in our choice. They took great care to ensure that the presentation of our property was fully up to professional standards, including taking high quality photography and supervising written material as part of the fee package. This contrasts with some other online agents, where inappropriate superlatives, probably inserted by the buyers, are allowed to run riot. Account management was also thorough, conscientious and very professional at every stage, from marketing through to exchange of contracts. In a nutshell, we saved several thousand pounds in commission and received among the best service levels we have ever experienced from an estate agent. If you talk to a high street agent about what makes them different from their online competitors, they will be likely to mention 'working the database' and 'conducted viewings'. In fact, we negotiated special side contracts with two local agents, based entirely on personal introductions, rather than wider marketing. The net result was one introduction, which resulted in an offer from a couple who hadn't sold their house. As for conducted viewings, we always prefer to do our own - so no benefit there, either. We hope very much that we won't have to sell another house but, if we do, it will certainly be through House Network.

Hi Christopher, Many thanks for taking the time to write this review. I think you have picked up on an important selling technique of the 'local agents' which is that of a mailing list. Having worked on the local agency field for a number of years this 'mailing list' is a myth, all it simply is a collection of email addresses and information which has come in via viewing enquiries etc. Not only do we have this very same information, but in the world of the internet all of these interested parties are registered on 3rd party websites like Rightmove, Zoopla etc and will see when a new listing is made available. We do not try and 'coerce' people into purchasing as this is when sales fall through, instead we treat the public with a lot more respect and let them make their own informed decisions based on solid marketing and great customer service. Just brilliant!

From the initial visit by the field agent to the exchange of contracts, House Network were nothing short of brilliant. Even after the sale had been agreed and they had technically earnt their money, the high standard of customer service never faltered. Why would I ever consider using a high street agent again?!

Excellent Service

We have had a positive experience with House Network from beginning to end! After being a little unsure about selling with an online agent, we have been pleasantly surprised with the entire service / process and would certainly recommend to family and friends. Plus, we saved £2205! (based on 1.5% agent commission)

Good service

Overall service was good. Emails dealt with quickly, and efficiently. It helped having your direct email as was confusing using the website to feedback after viewings etc.

Good service

Had a great service at the start with viewings set up easily and managed well. Sold the house within 10 days!! 5 stars. However, this was an easy house to sell, so Aimee did not really have to do anything at all between acceptance of an offer and completion. I only asked her one queston!. 3 stars Would recommend using again for the right property..

Efficient and communicative

I thought that House Network were very efficient.. We were very impressed with how easy the process was and extremely impressed with the system and how we were always kept updated.. We felt the staff also were all very efficient and always very polite, professional and friendly.

Effortless.

This is the first time I moved In forty years and so we found the prospect of selling quite daunting.Thankfully House Network were really helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free from start to finish. The photos and listing created for our property were great, we had all the details for every viewer that came round so we knew what position they were in. When we did move to the sale the team were really helpful and made sure everything kept moving, whilst keeping us up to date. This is the 1st time I used an internet company and I wouldn't hesitate again. I've already recommend House Network to my friends and would do so to anybody looking to sell their home.

Excellent Value for Money

The photos and online service was great, we could amend any part of our listing with speed and ease. The communication was great in terms of frequency and everyone I spoke with in the office was polite and very professional. Housenetwork offer a premium service for a very competitive price and have saved us thousands by selling our home. We would recommend their services and would use them again. We saved £4794! (based on 1.5% agent commission)

Great value for money

The whole process with Housenetwork was very easy and hassle free. Communication was quick and efficient and they always got back to us quickly whenever we contacted them. We saved a great deal of money compared to using a local agent and will recommend to friends and family in the future.
