House Network - Fantastic!!!

After deciding to move house earlier this year, my wife and I thought who we could use to sell our house and so invited a couple of local high street estate agents plus House Network for valuations. We were both very interested in selling our own home and wanted to keep costs to a minimum, so HN appealed to us greatly. Brad from HN visited us and was very helpful and explained how HN work very simply and in detail. The high street estate agents visited and both were good but at the same time, they made our decision even easier by telling us our house was great and so would sell without a problem, so the decision to use HN was made even quicker and easier. Why would we pay approximately £2000 when HN could do the same job for £595? After paying the fee, Brad visited us and took a series of great photos which were uploaded the same day. We then logged in to the website, chose our preferred photos, completed the advert description and within a short period of time, the advert was live. Within a matter of hours, Sian was on the phone telling us about interested parties and arranging viewings. Sian is very helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had with ease. She helped to make the process as stress free as it could be. Due to the interest, our house sold in less than a week, with six offers from eight viewings. After this point, my wife and I asked many questions, most of which we submitted via the ticket system on HM's website. A response would usually arrive very quickly from Sian and was always answered very thoroughly. As the sale progressed, the process was all very simple and straightforward. We completed the sale in just over three months without a hitch. We actually managed to sell our house for £18,000 above the asking price of £160,000 which was a massive bonus! Overall, the House Network experience was very enjoyable and rewarding and kept the stress levels to a minimum. We would highly recommend House Network to everyone and if we ever move again, we will be using them 100%!

Great value and service and more importantly a great outcome!

Although we were a little sceptical about using an online estate agent we were seduced by the much lower fees and decided to 'give it a go'! The local Housenetwork sales agent, Lee called and took photos and details of the property which we were able to review and amend online the same day. The property was live on the Internet very quickly and we had viewings arranged within a few days. Our online sales negotiator Richard was always helpful and supportive. The weekly statistics helped us to decide if the property was receiving enough online attention and as a consequence we did reduce the price.and eventually we accepted an offer and Richard help,to guide us through to a successful exchange of contract by liasing with our buyer and their solicitor as needed. In a sometime difficult housing market we are delighted that the house has sold within 6 months and we have saved about £3500 in fees.

Speedy Sale and Great Value for Money!

Fantastic service throughout our experience! Completely hassle free and amazing value for money (something rarely heard about traditional estate agents!). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend House Network to everyone we know, and a special thanks to Sian Smith who was great in assisting with our move (nothing was ever too much hassle for her).

Excellent service from beginning to end

Initially we were a little bit unsure about using an online estate agent, we were wrong to worry. From the outset they were professional and easy to work with. Ben came and did the initial valuation and layout,he even did a tour. Our property was on the market within 24hours. We were allocated our own account manager Lois, she was excellent, every communication was backed up with an email which was really useful when you took a call at work. If I rang her and she was unavailable, within five minutes she rang me back. On top of all this we saved more than £2.5k by using them. The only things we had to do were our own viewings and arrange our own key handover and neither were an issue. We have now moved in to our new home and more than happy with the service we received. I have already recommended House Network to a colleague

Excellent Service

The service I received from HN was superb from the moment I had an initial discussion with the office, to the visit from the surveyor, building the website page and communication with potential buyers and keeping me updated. Add to that, when compared to what conventional estate agents wanted to charge me, I saved enough to pay for most of the new kitchen, I'm very happy and that's not a phrase one usually associates with estate agents! If any of my friends or colleagues are moving house I will recommend they use HN - to me its an absolute "no brainer" - if you're moving house then HN should be your first call.

Great Service, Great

Can't rate highly enough the service we got in putting our house on the market - very quick and painless. Whilst they don't have local knowledge I didn't expect it and the staff were friendly and helpful. The online customer interface is good and you have full control. When our house appeared on Rightmove etc it looked great and it compared really favorably in terms of photos, details and layout with others. We sold in a fairly flat market so what can I say - they did a great job for us,

House network excell

The service was excellent I thought, from the first visit, to the photographer, to the customer service agents. Communication was also excellent (given it was online), as the staff were fully informed by their systems, called within minutes when information had changed and my personal customer service rep always called back when unavailable. Viewings began within a week and an offer made in less than a month, they made this part of the moving process very smooth.

Internet service win

Well worth using. Very efficient, competent and kept one informed throughout the selling process. Would recommend. The lower charges compared with conventional estate agents is another reason to use HouseNetwork I saved around £4350 (based on 1.5% agent commission). I did not ask Housenetwork to provide a valuation although I did realise my asking price within £5K. They set out to obtain feedback from viewers asap which is always helpful.. Steve Pond

Nothing negative to say

House went online within 48 hours - much quicker than high street agents - and was under offer in less than 7 days. Staff were always friendly and helpful and everything very efficient from start to finish. Will definately use them again.
