We don't overinflated our valuations to try and win business, we base our valuations on a combination of local knowledge, active market, and land registry data to provide an accurate price. Ultimately though we give our vendors the flexibility to choose their own starting price, as we appreciate some vendors will have more time then others and wish to test the market.
