House Network were great in selling my property

I had not heard of House Network but found them online. From the moment I contacted them to sell my house they were very helpful. They assigned me a contact (Kristina Porter) and she was very informative and helped me through each stage of the sales process. I had many viewings of my property and each time HN contacted me to arrange the viewing and gave me feedback from the viewer. Their online tracking tool was also very easy to use. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Can't fault them!

What was good about the Housenetwork experience...everything! It was a lovely surprise to find out how good HN are as I have used local agents in the past and they have been more than lacking. HN's communications are outstanding, the site is easy to use and functional and the photography was great. Housenetwork took a stressful and complicated experience and made it easy and slick like a well oiled machine! I would certainly use their services again and have already recommended them.

Great way to sell house

Lois was amazing, given how difficult the whole process became. She dealt with my stress brilliantly, and right to the end I felt she was the only person involved that was keeping me informed.

Amazing Value, Professional, Quick and Easy

I was extremely happy with the standard of service provided by Housenetwork. The initial setup of my account was quick and easy, communication was excellent throughout - the account managers were friendly and professional (no flannel!). The quality of the photos was phenomenal and the speed at which we went live on the Web was lightning fast! All the way through the process we were kept informed of any and all developments as they happened. I spoke to the same account manager every time and I didnt have to repeat myself once (typically a pet hate of mine). I preferred to show potential buyers around the property myself so that suited me perfectly, after all, who knows my home better than me? On top of all this, the cost for such a good, effective service was incredibly reasonable. Actually, compared to what we would have paid a high street estate agent, it was unbelievably low! Thank you for what turned out to be an enjoyable process! BTW, our house went 'live' on Wednesday evening. We had 9 viewings on Thursday and Friday and a further 11 on Saturday. We accepted an offer on the Following Monday. That's quick!

A great, friendly, efficient service

I've used House Network a few times now for selling and letting properties. It's a cost efficient way of managing property transactions and I always find the staff patient and friendly to deal with - even when things get a bit stressful! House Network estimated I saved Â£2985 (based on 1.5% agent commission). I would use them again.

Excellent service, cost efficient

First and very good experience with the House Network. Kristina Porter has been a great Account Manager. The notification by email are great so that you know what is going on. Everything is logged so you have full visibility. HN will also call you back in case your call is not being answered (at busy times) to check that you have spoken to somebody which shows they care. The commission package still offers massive savings. Overall I would recommend to anyone who is "connected" to use them. All the people i interacted with have been very professional. Great businesses do not need TV superstar to run their marketing, they just deliver good service and referrals! Well done HN and Kristina!

Great agent - sold quickly and saved thousands of pounds

We sold our flat in London through House Network and were really pleased with the whole experience. The photos that they took were very professional and I loved the amount of control we had on how our advert appeared on the online sites (e.g. Rightmove). We achieved an asking price offer within 2 weeks of having the flat on the market (far quicker than a similar property in our block sold through a local high street estate agent), and House Network managed every stage of the process very professionally. I particularly liked the fact that we had an account manager dedicated to our sale, and Kristina did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to friends, and not only because they saved us thousands of pounds in estate agency fees. Thanks House Network!

HN surpassed our expectations

We were a little dubious because of the huge difference in cost from a high street estate agent and HN but i cant understand how the high street estate agents can justify their commissions now that we have been through the process using both. You are a little more involved than you would be normally but that actually suited us.
