I am a Landlord and use Karl Tatler to manage my property, as i am based overseas I am heavily dependent on communication and updated from the managing agent - Lauren Carleton has been fantastic with providing me with regular updates, inspections reports and pictures and is very responsive. I also had a list of works that needed to be carried out and Lauren arranged for quotes and for the work to be completed timely which was fantastic. I wish I had appointed Karl Tatler earlier having had a bad experience with a prior agent.
