landlords avoid at all costs, very poor management of rental issues. Love to shift blame onto others as opposed to dealing with problems that arise.

Dear Joanna, All feedback is important to us and it is disappointing to see the 1 star review you have given. I have looked on the system and as mentioned in our communication to you on the 28th November 2022, your daughter is in a fixed term contract therefore she would still be liable for rent till the end of her contract, having said that we have offered to find a replacement for your daughters contract. Regarding the maintenance issues raised as mentioned on the email with screenshots of your daughters property account no maintenance has been raised so we are unable to comment on this. Awful experiences with this company. I personally will not be looking for a house under their tenancy again due to issues associated with moving in and the return of the deposit.

We have looked on the system and all communications from Nicholas Humphreys to you and we can confirm we have not breech any GDPR policy. Your tenancy agreement was not inclusive of any (Gas, Water, Electric & TV Licence) bills which where not paid for the duration of your tenancy agreement therefore the utility companies have issued you with a debt recovery letter. We have provided you with full inventory report showing you the meter readings taken on move in therefore we would suggest you contact the utility provides directly to resolve this matter. Stay away from these estate agents. My friend has had the worst experience with these people. Their manager Sasha promises something via telephone and then they do not live up to their promise. They have dragged the matter for more than a month and have disappeared ever since. They try to bully university students and extract money from them. My friend and I have already informed SUSU lettings and they are already aware about the mis-happenings here (apparently its frequent) and they will alert future students accordingly.
