Really great service. Adrian has been amazing throughout the whole process, from enquiring about the property, to moving in. Bhavik kept constant contact to inform me of the progress of my tenancy and both of them have been really amazing and supportive. They always try to do everything they can to make sure you feel welcome and all your questions are answered.

from the back of a letter that I received from Bhav, I called Humphreys to arrange a valuation for my propriety which had been empty for the last 4 months. I used to use a very well known agent in Southampton so changing to someone new I was very apprehensive but these fears were really reassured by a first class service which really is second to non. I’ve found that Bhav and his team were very efficient with finding me a house to rent especially being a student and having specific requirements. I found difficulties with my first house that I rented through them in regards to the landlord and Bhav quickly found a new house for me and made it very easy for me surrounding this. They are all very friendly and willing to help when they can. I would highly recommend them for student lettings and normal lettings.
