Worst agents I have ever dealt with, promise you the moon so you sign with them but then it’s all downhill from there. If you ever have any maintenance issues and are with them; Goodluck on trying to get hold of anyone and I suggest you don’t expect them to turn up and fix anything or if your lucky and they do show up they are guaranteed to cause more issues and damage which brings us back to the same cycle. Always there to let you down * in regards to the response As shown again there is no responsibility taken by the agents, their poor communication means they are even unaware the new machine is still "broke" with their maintenance person informing us nothing was broke and it was down to the pressure being to high which needed to be resolved, hence why as he fitted the new machine the same issue occurred. In terms of coins and paperclips I have attached a picture of what supposedly broke the drum (even though this was never the issue) in which was clearly not cleaned prior to tenancy along with the rest of the house. In terms of dates the machine broke on may 1st with back and forth attempting to fix it up until the 13th where the maintenance man said he was informing the agent it needed a new part or whole machine. May 16th- agents in contact informing they were reaching out to the landlord to approve a new machine. June 9th- informed machine has been ordered and will be fitted Friday the 10th. Surprisingly they turned up however same issue occurred.

Having looked into your maintenance issues at the property we have attended to all your maintenance issues through the course of your tenancy and repaired or fixed in a timely manor. The issue with your washing machine was down to the tenants at the property leaving coins and paperclips in your laundry which resulted in the drum breaking. I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived in one of your houses for a year and we had so many problems due to the poor conditions of the house. The water of the bath dripping from the kitchen ceiling, floods outside the house due to the pipes, oven that once turned on smelled like gas, fridge that drips, the grass in the garden that took a year to be cut and finally we had rats. Once they were supposedly dead, we had to live with the smell for months. Everything took an eternity to be fixed and the payments that we made for the gas, because we had to top up ourselves, were always late including the deposit which I had to wait 4 months to receive while they ignored my calls and messages. For all these reasons I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Generally very disappointed. Had to move 3 times, and lost the deposit to one of the apartments. Was placed in houses with undergrads or people who were not suited to live in shared apartments (stealing, having parties on weekdays until 4 am, smoking inside etc). Would steer away from these people, as they told us straight up we "had no rights as tenants". Even contacted legal help and they told us it was one of the worst cases they had heard of.
