I have looked on the system and as mentioned in our communication to you on the 28th November 2022, your daughter is in a fixed term contract therefore she would still be liable for rent till the end of her contract, having said that we have offered to find a replacement for your daughters contract. Regarding the maintenance issues raised as mentioned on the email with screenshots of your daughters property account no maintenance has been raised so we are unable to comment on this.
